Academics

Alpha Xi Delta places a lot of value on academic achievement and hold a high standard to our members. We want all women to succeed and realize their potential in their experience as a member and that includes advancing in their academic and career pursuits! Sisters often hold study groups, help each other with classes, and have library dates! We all uplift each other in our career building!

We also have a reward system that gives sisters the opportunity to win gift cards for doing well in school called "Yays For As!" Whenever a woman gets an A on an exam, project, or presentation their name can be entered in a drawing to win a gift card to their favorite restaurant or store! 

We are happy and proud to recognize any woman on any other achievements such as internships, jobs, study abroad programs, graduate school acceptances, and leadership positions!
