At UWL we have formal recruitment in the fall and COB events in the spring. Each fall, girls may sign up using the link provided by the Panhellenic team to sign up for formal recruitment. Recruitment week will begin shortly after the start of school with events each night leasing up to Bid Day on Friday! After meeting each of the chapters and proceeding through sisterhood, philanthropy, and preference rounds, potential new members will earn the opportunity to receive a bid from one of three chapters on campus. Bids will be opened on Friday afternoon and new members will run home to their new chapters at the clock tower! Spring, informal recruitment is different for each chapter. Keep an eye out on our socials for information about COB events we will hold in the spring. COB events are less formal that fall recruitment and allow for interested parties to meet the chapters. Bids will be extended to members after the COB events and a spring Bid Day will follow!
